Available to rent: 7 days a week  9:00AM  - 11:00 PM
Hourly rates: $100 an hour, $500 refundable deposit, 2 hour minimum and 6 hour max. 
All day rate:$1250, $500 fully refundable deposit
Rental included Hall, Dining room, and commercial kitchen, ADA bathrooms, garbage and recycling disposal, table and chair use, as well as private onsite parking. Outside alcohol permitted for additional fee and banquet permit  https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/order-banquet-permits-online
